in 4.54:
  - New features:
  	* Added a new layout to the virtual synth.
  	* The sounds of a PCM card can be choosen in the Program
  	  editor. You can enter the sample names of your PCM
  	  card in the file "Korg01w.pcm". The file that comes
  	  with ChangeIt! contains the names of the Orchestral
  	  PCM card.
  	* Editing for drum kits
  - Bug fixes:
  	* The title of the virtual synth dialog did read "JV/XP"
  	  instead of "01/W".
  	* The init string for the virtual synth did not activate
  	  the filter lfo modulation.
  	* Removed the filter type and the filter resonance in the
  	  virtual synth which had no functionality.
  	* Drum kits are now initialised correctly by the Init function.

in 4.53:
  - New features:
  	* The envelope control has now a new look.
  	* Support for relationship display with tooltips

in 4.52:
  - New features:
  	* In the combination edit dialog are the names of the chosen
  	  programs now shown in all tabs.

in 4.51:
  - New features:
  	* The tabs in the settings, edit program and edit combination 
  	  dialog can now all accessed through the tabulator key.

in 4.5
  - New features:
  	* Supports now the Global settings and the Drum settings
  	* The effects page in the program and combination edit dialogs
  	  are now fully functional.
